I brought the GoPro to Jeep beach this year, got this first video from our hotel in Daytona to the Speedway along with a few missed turns because I didn’t think the speedway entrance was where registration was. Enjoy 😎👍

Heritage 56” industrial ceiling fan 4 blades
Переглядів 9242 місяці тому
This strange thing was found in the Tampa area, so claims they bought it 10 years ago. I would be willing to say it’s older than that. Don’t really know much about these. Honestly this is the first one I’ve seen and most other people have seen.

Emerson fernleaf antique ceiling fan 2 blade model
Переглядів 1 тис.3 місяці тому
First up today is an early 1900’s Emerson fernleaf 2 blade antique ceiling fan. This one has had a hard life. It only has one of the original brackets, the other one someone custom built. You can see it’s all kind of colors probably in the middle of being restored when it was sold to someone. it did have the correct switch, but did not have the correct speed coil only being a single speed speed...

We are back with the early 1900’s 4 blade Emerson Fernleaf antique ceiling fan, yes this is the same motor that was locked up and damaged, using a new face plate, new brackets, blades and canopy. if I can find a speed coil in my parts, I will make it three speed with the snap switch I have. Video will be uploaded later today. it does seem to have an issue starting every once in a while, I’m ass...
March projects update

I know it’s been a while since I’ve been on here working on projects I usually don’t do anything during the colder months because the dogs in the garage and I don’t wanna open the garage to let out all the warm air and my folks bring in some plants that take up a lot of the garage area during the colder months. But now that it’s March and Jeepin with Judd out of the way, I should start working ...

One of seven finishes this model was offered from the 90s into the early 2000s. this is the 1930s hunter original. As shown in one of the very rare finishes teal. This is the first video I could find of any on UA-cam enjoy. Videos of the other finishes coming next month.

Now you need cobolt
I had one and sold it xD so of course it’s the only one I’m missing now
These are stupid rare! Another big score man!
This exists!? Theres nothing like this even documented!
I have the same laser but it wont trun on do u have any more infor on the make and model
I do not as I do not own this laser anymore. I got more professional 3-D RGB laser.
No oil = this
Yep, add oil and good as new lucky it wasn’t damaged
Damn we need these types of fans back
they are still around. and running good as new!
That's a need right there :)
Hurricane Sandy took the old Centrifuge and Centrifuge came back in 2019
I had a mental picture of this fan with 3 blades on when I first saw it, but the 4 blades made me very bamboozled lol. I believe some Taiwanese manufacturers still make plain motor flavors of this fan with 3 blades
I love these since they are something I don't really see everyday
I have seen this exact motor used in a traditional ceiling fan with a housing. I can't remember what fan it was but I think it might have been a Supreme of some sort
Didn’t know heritage made these.
does this weigh more than a original
yes!
oh man you wooden beam is holding for its dear life@@Marksfansandthings
Now that's a great find.
Looks like a Casablanca Victorian motor housing
This is what the Casablanca Victorian was based off of
What kind of originals? Im treasure coast
I’ve got two white ornate ones, two white and brass, a 36 inch brown and a handful of the overseas ones one and white and three in a bronze color. I also have some of those offbrand originals known as Fantiques
@@Marksfansandthings Interesting. Id have to see the ornates to make a judgement, W&B is alright in my book. Wouldnt mind an overseas thrown in or the 36.
@@CasaPanaFanaLanda you can see them in the video. If you message me on Facebook, I can send you photos of them also. Mark wire on Facebook
@@Marksfansandthings I'll get in touch when I get some things squared away on my part. In the meantime I'll check the videos.
What an awesome fan dude!
Welcome to the UA-cam fan community! :-)
Welcome? what do you mean I’ve been in this thing for years
It looks great in there. I must say I been waiting to see a teal one on UA-cam since I have not seen one run.
More to come!
I am glad you got these fans and I cannot wait to see them running soon
When were these older ones (pivot and big one) put up?
2009
I figured it was around that time. I think the pivot was introduced in 08.
Same happened with my Murray Feiss Ceiling Fan
?
Ok, i got it out of Facebook Marketplace and it dint run. I tried switching the capacitor and it dint work and i left it alone. And i tried it again and it worked this time.
5:38 Moss Carribean Ceiling Fan Jumpscare lol
Do they make one for a yerf dog go kart
excellent.
I'm seeing these alot lately. Longnoses with nose jobs
😢
Are you going to sell it?
Long gone
I actually like the look of these
Look pretty generic and cheap compared to other ones
Happy Halloween 🎃
This is a super cool install and I admit this makes me want to look for more fans in Florida
In winter garden Florida 👍
@@Marksfansandthings thanks letting me know where to find these cool installs
This my favorite version of the Evergo
Or that it’s a 42” with 36” blades
Ever think of getting a tachometer and an animometer? They do fly and I measured one of these about 400 rpm. I can pull a straight blade Union back out to measure and calculate a CFM on these. Great find though.
Usually use my phone app for the strobe tachometer, never thought about doing the CFM, maybe once I get my own place 👍
What is the power supply?
Just 120volt power
I found a 16” freshn aire at an antique store but the blade was broken.
vregood
Could you possibly tell me what size screws the H36 takes to screw the blades to the motor? I’ve lost mine and am baffled as it doesn’t seem to take any standard machine screws…
They are not standard. I’ll see when I’m back home
@@Marksfansandthings Oh my gosh amazing- thank you! A photo may even help. I disassembled it years ago to put in storage and now that I’m ready to put it back up, I’ve lost those screws. :(
@@marshallsanchez2070 I’m pretty sure they’re 10/32 screws with a 3/8’s length. If memory serves, they are the same screw size of the 36 inch originals from the 80s. Here’s a link to some original screws. www.ebay.com/itm/185422459216?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=nISFLXQDQyi&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=KWA64gkRTfu&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
@@Marksfansandthings I just saw your reply. Thank you SO very much!
I love these! I'm dying to find a 56" in brown.
Hard to find any 56” ones it seems let alone brown! I’m lucky to have a 48” brown one
@@Marksfansandthings Definitely major childhood fans!!
Where in the world did you get this?
Craigslist. These were a thing at some point. Seen a few. Not that good though
I love this finish
Really love the colour of the Ceiling Fan and how it looks in that colour. 👍🏿😄😀 Really missed seeing your Ceiling Fan vids.
How to these compare to the 2.0 amp American made originals?
not to bad actually. still a bit less but not by much. way better than earlier overseas models
@@MarksfansandthingsAirflow wise the other finishes are the same as the 2A ones; cast iron brackets slow this one about 5-10 RPM. Build quality wise these are probably the best Originals of em all. You should find a cool install for it; would look good where your HB Escape is
2 blades 4 blades why not 5 blades and possible 6 blades of that hunter 1886 fan
I know you’re trying to communicate I can just feel it…..
@@Marksfansandthings indeed I think this 1886 hunter started before the hunter original and such
I love these fans
So do I
Looks like November 1980 for the date on at least one of the Cyclers
What was the first year for the heat cycler? These definitely seem like early ones.
@@Marksfansandthings Dan claims it's 81 but production likely began in mid-late 1980, then 81 was the first year they showed up in advertising. They were produced through at least 1990. I have a brown one dated 1990
You need to program your laser to have certain words and animations for special events or holidays
This laser comes with several different pictures and animations, or if you have a custom software, or you can download and make your own custom animations wnd light pictures
I saw one at a meditation room, which isn't far from my house.
Probably a hall sensor issue. These first gen DC fans used hall sensors that track the motor’s magnetic field and this is what happens when they don’t work. Motor can’t figure out how much power it needs to use for its load
I don't understand how this fan is 2nd century original and it doesn't look like 2nd century original
First gen second century. The second gen are the ones with the modern redesgine
